Thank you for your interest in the CASM Gift Shop.

Please fill out all questions the form below with your details and submit. For assistance, contact the gallery on 9550 3662 during office hours Tues - Fri, 9am - 4pm.

All applicants need to send 6-8 images (as .jpegs) using Wetransfer to the CASM email: casm@mandurah.wa.gov.au

OR email images directly to casm@mandurah.wa.gov.au

Please save your .jpeg images with a file name that consists of your first name, surname and name of the work eg: JohnSmithSunset (no bigger than 2MB).
